Welcome to amitrana (operating at amitrana.tech). These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement, purchase, and usage of our digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), custom web development, and artificial intelligence (AI) automation consulting services. By entering into an agreement, subscribing to our services, or utilizing this site, you accept these terms in full.
Engagement guidance and protections
This guidance supplements the page content and the signed proposal, SOW, invoice, or service agreement that governs a specific engagement.
What clients should do
- •Review the SOW, milestones, assumptions, and acceptance criteria before approving work.
- •Provide timely feedback, accurate assets, lawful instructions, and authorized access.
- •Keep copies of supplied materials and promptly report suspected misuse or security incidents.
amitrana safeguards
- •Amitrana may pause work for overdue invoices, unsafe access, unlawful instructions, or material scope changes.
- •Third-party platforms, algorithms, hosting, APIs, and approvals remain outside amitrana’s control.
- •No performance, ranking, revenue, uptime, or launch result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the signed SOW.

1. Service Engagement
Specific project details, scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), invoice, or Service Agreement.
Any alterations, scope increases, or technical modifications requested during execution will be subject to additional fees and documented via email confirmation or updated SOW.
3. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Ownership of intellectual properties developed during an engagement is divided as follows:
- Pre-existing IP: amitrana retains sole ownership of templates, software, workflow automation code, libraries, and proprietary SEO frameworks developed prior to or independently of the engagement.
- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to utilize the custom code, copy, designs, and content developed specifically for them.
4. Client Obligations
To deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to provide timely access to standard environments (hosting panels, Google Analytics, GBP listings, domain records) and furnish required assets (branding, copy, media assets).
amitrana is not liable for project launch delays or drops in SEO performance caused by Client delays in feedback, access restrictions, or third-party credential failures.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, amitrana, its directors, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or ranking metrics.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services under dispute during the preceding 3-month period.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.
Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be initiated exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
