What we collect
- •Account data (name, email, company) when you register or contact us
- •Google identity data (email, name, profile picture) if you use Sign in with Google
- •Session cookies and CSRF tokens for security
- •Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization)
- •Server logs for security and abuse prevention
What we do not collect
- •Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or Photos data
- •Payment card numbers (Stripe and Razorpay handle payments)
- •Biometric data
- •Data from children under 13
How we protect it
- •TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
- •AES-256 encryption at rest
- •bcryptjs password hashing (cost factor 12)
- •Row Level Security on all databases
- •HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies
Your rights
- •Access, correct, or delete your data anytime
- •Export your data in portable formats

Privacy guidance for clients
This guidance supplements the page content and the signed proposal, SOW, invoice, or service agreement that governs a specific engagement.
What clients should do
- •Share only the information needed for the requested service.
- •Use your own approved accounts and revoke access when an engagement ends.
- •Send correction, deletion, or access requests from a verifiable business email.

- •amitrana limits access to project data to people and vendors who need it for delivery.
- •We may retain business records where needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- •Service providers may process data only under their applicable terms and security controls.
