Initial audits, technical blueprints, architecture diagrams, and custom strategy roadmaps are delivered in the initial phase of our contracts.
Because these deliverables represent pure intellectual work and professional research hours, all fees paid for discovery and strategy sessions are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or details have been delivered to the client.
Our implementation contracts are structured around milestones or recurring monthly retainers:
Refunds are not granted once source code is deployed to a staging/production server or when repository ownership is shared. In case of significant, verified, and unrectified deviations from the agreed Statement of Work, a partial refund may be calculated based on the incomplete scope.
Search algorithms, competitor updates, and indexing timelines are out of our direct control. We do not offer refunds based on specific ranking shifts or traffic fluctuations. SEO fees cover campaign activities, reporting, link procurement, and content optimizations.
Automations are dependent on third-party service stability (e.g., OpenAI, n8n, Make). We are not responsible for API schema changes or outages. Fees for designing and building workflows are non-refundable once delivered and verified in test environments.
If you believe there has been a billing discrepancy, or a delivery failure has occurred, please write to our support desk. We will evaluate the dispute and respond with a proposed resolution structure within 10 business days.
